When It Rains, Look For Rainbows

Pastel Purple And Rainbows

Hi scrappers! I’ve been especially productive lately, creating way more scrapbook pages than I usually do! Here is another one featuring some photos of my husband and I in Laguna Beach.

I used some pastel purple cardstock from American Craft’s Spring stack as my background and then used a leftover scrap of rainbow paper from Echo Park Paper’s New Day collection. I actually have quite a few products from this collection so I added in a tag that I used as my title, some chipboard, and some adhesive brads. I used lots of little odds & ends of colorful paper scraps to mat my photos. This was a great way to use up little pieces that I wouldn’t know what to do with otherwise.

I created some clusters behind my title using some doilies by Bo Bunny, and some speech bible stickers I found at Daiso. I hand stitched some cross-stitches in rainbow hues and added some rainbow bar stickers from the Pressed Florals sticker book by The Happy Planner. I added a few camera stickers by Navy Peony and sprinkles some purple rhinestones by Cousin DIY around the page. Lastly, I added some dragonfly brads by Eyelet Outlet.

This page was made using sketch 708 from Sketches in Thyme. I used doilies as the circular element and placed my horizontal strip of rainbow paper along the bottom of the page. Since I wanted to feature more of this paper, I added another piece to the left side of the page.

That’s all for this week. Thank you for joining me and I will return soon with an all new scrapbook page.
