Pastels With Black And White

Hi scrappers! I’m back again with Color Dare with a brand new page. I have seemingly endless photos of my two cats and I used some of my kitty Jupiter to make this page.

I started with some plaid paper by Echo Park Paper Company. This paper is from their I Love Halloween collection but this particular paper didn’t have any specific Halloween designs on it so it worked for this page. I found an absolutely ancient piece of 8 1/2 X 11 purple pearl paper by The Paper Company (not sure if they still exist?) and used it in its entirety. Instead of using paper to my mat my photos, I used some frames by 49 and Market. I also added in a filmstrip by 49 and Market along with some washi tape by an unknown brand. From there, I embellished with stickers by Bo Bunny, Carpe Diem, The Happy Planner and chipboard die cuts by Stamperia. I happened to have some fake flowers that matched the color palette and affixed them to the page with fuzzy brads by Doodlebug. Lastly, I added some epoxy hearts and lavender laser cut elements, both by 49 and Market and some light blue enamel dots by Altenew.

I used sketch 321 from Sketch N Scrap for this page. I used a doily by Bo Bunny for the circular element and moved my title to fit inside it. I replaced the horizontal strip with a filmstrip and used 2 square photos instead of rectangular.
